My try
#1
I only give reverb and compression to the tracks...
Not more else...
Any advice?

In the (beginning) it sounds somehow to reverby.

For me the reverb is all wrong here, and it's apparent even on the noises before anyone starts playing -- it's got the long, rich MF sustain of a large church, which seems very out of character for this music on a subjective level. Leaving that aside, though, that reverb patch doesn't do anything to blend the ensemble, so although you do get a convincing sense of space, the depth perspective of the musicians feels all over the place, with the bass in front of the piano and snare. The kit inevitably comes across as a bunch of mics too, rather than a cohesive kit, and the piano also feels a bit claustrophobic without early reflections.

I'm not suggesting that everyone has to go for my rather ascetic, small-dive sound, but I'd suggest rethinking your choice of basic patch here, and then supplementing it with some additional ambience if necessary to blend the multi-mic signals.
