Hello

The lead voc could use some fader automation. There are phrases that nearly disappears and others that over run the mix. You could also ad some presence boost to the lead voc.
The snare sounds like it is in the next room. Could have clearer sound and sharper attack.
Something annoys me in the guitar sounds. Is there short room or plate reverb on?
Practice your analytic listening skills.
Listen others mixes and give feedback.
