I worked on my first mix for a couple of days . I only used EQ and compression and a little reverb on the clap. I didn't think the synths needed much compression. It was mostly the kick. I think I need different ears though since I'm still green. So I wanted to know if anyone else found this unbalanced. Are my hi hats too harsh? Do I need to gain stage?
