Hey thought I'd drop into one of your mix posts since you were nice enough to leave feedback on mine

POSITIVES
-Nailed the vibe
-IMO there's not anything drastic I would suggest, overall I really like this mix

SUGGESTIONS
-Make percussion just a little wider? Punchier? (kind of like HH at 2:00 but not too wide)
-Maybe Vocals hi-end/presence can be tucked in just a bit. Maybe something to clarify the vocals a little but it's hard to say because I think the vocal volume and reverb sound great

Like I said I feel this is a good mix that hits the vibe of the song perfectly. The suggestions I wrote are very minor.

I like this song and may take a stab at it soon. Any suggestions when aiming for intimate in this style? (reverb, other stuff, etc.)

Hi man! thanks for write your kind thoughts. i think i'm going to make those moves that u just mentioned to the track to see how it comes. And to get this kind of sound that i call 'intimate' it's that the instruments have to feel 'warm'. The 'mud' sound needs to be erased, this at the same time i think it opens the detail of the sound more. Try some tape distortion or any plugin that adds some harmonic distortion to the sound that u like. and yeah, add some reverb that gives some tripping or ethereal sound that add some excitement. try along of the track different tipes of reverb to avoid a 'flat or monotonous' track. At the end, i think that all turn around to the different sounds that makes the track, the arrangement, the feeling, the vibe. it's a great track to work with. Hope that this helps at least a little. u can write back if u have some issue. Thanks again for give it a listen. Cheers!
