Here's my mix of this nice song. I found the vocal to be difficult to work with but it came out alright in the end.

Your mix is the first I've heard this song. It sounded really good to me. I would occasionally lose the vocal a bit and didn't always understand what he was singing. But, because of the way he is singing it I think what you have done level wise works well. The kick was a little "splatty" sounding in a few spots (I think when other instruments were minimal) but that will keep it clear in small speakers.
Very nice job IMHO.

Yamaha HS80M/HS10W through a Focusrite Scarlett 18i6 or
Sennheiser HD600 or HyperX Alpha headphones
all with and optionally without Sonarworks software.

I thought the kick was slightly difficult to get to sound tighter and more punchy when I was mixing it, but I think with the relatively laid back tone of the song it's not too much of a problem, though I think you're right that it could be slightly improved.
