Hi, I'm from Vietnam.
This is my try on this old catchy song. It's really great song and well performed.

Snares and Toms are great sounding!
I'd take a a few db off the snare though and pan it a tweak more in center left as it feels a little like getting pulled to right side after listening for a while.
A bit more Ambience on the Vox maybe?

About the "off center" snare, I think it comes from "less than ideal" OH. The snare in those mics are quite not centered at all. Or maybe it come from the reverb I had used.

For "A bit more Ambience on the Vox", I will think more carefully. When I tried mixing this song, I listened a lot to Paramore. I think this kind of genre is very similar to mid-2000s alternative (less fx, raw and dry sounding). And another problem: I'm kind of new to time-based fx like delay and reverb, so I'm a little bit scared of over using them. Haha. 

BUT I will revisit the song when I have time to check your idea.
