Hello everyone!
Beautiful song this one! I wanted to make it powerful and big, So I went with a lot of compression and saturation, especially on the drums. I also sidechained the kick drum to the master mix, so the whole mix ducks when the kick hits. The intention was to make the mix pump and to hit harder. For me it worked pretty good!
Vocals have a lot of delay and reverb, but the chorus vocals needed pitch correction but I didn't bother to be honest 'cause I am not used to the tools for this treatment. I have to check this out in a couple of practice sessions.
