It was quite difficult dealing with the phase relationship of all these mics. Though I still felt that all of them were necessary. I ended up delaying some of the tracks to reduce phase issues and that seemed to improve the tone a lot. There was also some sweetening with eq and saturation, compression moving with the groove of the song and reverb to give it some sense of space.
