Hi, I like the saturation you've got on the voice! Silky and upfront - a bit retro too, fits well with the song. The bagpipes all the way in the back has a "once upon a time" feeling, interesting touch.
Drums and bass felt a bit heavy and muddy to me; Acoustic guitars a bit neutered without the high end, you are losing a bit of the rhythmic strumming energy, I thought.

Love the first one more, it has a more solid low end (more controlled). Also, love the reverb for the electric guitar.
What I feel grabs my ears right away, are the shakers, which for me are way too bright.
I would also turn up the voice a bit and especially the bagpipes

But overall sound and mix, it's warm, and I like that
