Sea Of Leaves, here we are. One of the first multitracks I downloaded when I started mixing back in 2016. What a wild ride! This song, as enjoyable as it can be, was not easy at all for a novice.
There are a lot of guitars, and they tend to sound muddy. And the drums are challenging too, the kick and snare sound ok but need samples to really give the song the arena rock feel it deserves.
Anyway, I remixed the song recently and am finally happy with the result. The contrast between intimate choruses and epic powerful choruses was fun to play with.
