Hi!
This track has a very nice retro psychedelic vibe, with instruments that sound cool without putting too much effort. The drums are snappy, the guitars crunchy, and the vocals easily find their place in the mix. The bass is maybe too dark but at least it finds its place easily too.
My goals were to enhance this vintage vibe, give more crunch and glue to the mix, and add depth with prominent reverbs and delays. The crunch mostly comes from the Klanghelm SDRR plugin.
Reverbs and delays are mostly Waves plugins that I used when I first mixed this in 2018. I think they still hold up well!
(Also, I only mixed the first part of the song, i.e. the first 4 minutes, not the instrumental outro)
