hi MITC,
I'm glad that you like the mix. Since this is a live recording, it was quite difficult to make the drums sound natural because of the bleed. That's why i used heavy gating, compression and debleeding on the ohs. Sounds trashy, you're right. Smile
Guitar has a massive delay of 35ms for the stereo effect, lot of Eventide H910 and bass are reamped with Overloud U-HE.

I've been struggling to get this tune mixed down well. I thought I had a good mix until I listened to this. WOW! I have so much to learn. This mix is so in your face I love it. The raw tracks have so much bleed on the vocals it's hard to get them to sound normal.

Also did you use any drum samples?

I'm glad that you like the mix.
I generally don't use samples for drums. It's the same in this mix. I only use samples when the drums sound really bad, and I can't get any further.
I used Slate Gates Bundle on all tracks, incl. vocals, as I remember on it.
