Hey Thedon,

Thanks for your kind words about my mix!

I'm glad you mention your monitors. Most of us are working in a home studio so mostly in a environment that's not really treated for the best audio respons. That's why i always listen on other locations i.e. car, living room, ipad etc. This way i try to avoide bad mixing decisions because of the monitoring environment. We all should keep this in mind when assessing somebody's mix.

Sounds pretty good here. I would suggest using a bit more compression on the lead acoustic guitar part to smooth it out a bit.

Thanx for you're comment. I'll give it a try to see where it leads ! I'll do a repost of the song when i'm done.

What do you think of James's vocal ? Do i need to cut a bit more at the low end on his voice ? My monitors say yes, but my headphone says no.
