Just to clarify I thought the bass had enough sub already but it needed upper harmonics added to give it more mid range cut and make it audible on smaller speakers. I read my post back and I really didn't make it clear at all. My apologies for causing the confusion.
I listened to your second mix sounds good. The low end of the bass you have sitting nice. With some added mid range I think it will sound great.
