Hey Spandex I had sooo much distortion on the vox and also alot of limiting, mixed this last night so i thought it could turn out obnoxious, glad that you like the overall sound. I used some busscolors from airwindows and had alot of it haha, also use a plug called blockparty, its also a sorta clipper/limiter but its warmer then others ive tried, also had some limiting with the nc17, its a loudenizer that is a bit less "warm" but is grate to use if you need some more limiting.

thanks for that.
i got the soundtoys effects rack recently which im enjoying.
also the Studio Rack from waves has been excellent in speeding up my workflow (my laptop hates me for this).

p.s. watching the video for the nc17 nearly murdered my ears

Yes well this is one of the big reasons i love airwindows for the cpuconsumtion and also cuz its free. Yea soundtoys have some gems i think and studio rack, tracks all ofthem, slate etc. I love sonnox one of my favs, bit expensive i think.

Hi, it sounds bit muddy, especially "clean" guitars on verses. Maybe you could recheck plcement of instrument in a space? Drums dark and close and bright bass behind them. I'm not saying it is wrong, I would do this different

Its a bit dark i agree, have had this problem lately.... Think its a bit because of My monitoring and addiction of bass xD...
