Hi everyone.
Here is my first attempt at Signs.
Really like the song but found it tricky in parts again. Not completely happy with the bass sound on this one.
Used the DI tracks with various Amp Sims for bass and guitars.
A few tricky things to deal with on this one like tonality changes between verse & chorus in vocals and also volume in the vocals in the last chorus were quieter than the rest of the song.
There are some vocal timings I could have tidied up a bit too, but haven't done as yet.
I layered in a different snare sample to get a bit more punch through the mix and also summed the low frequencies into mono using this free plugin, as I felt it tightened it up a bit.
