Here's my try on this song.
Please turn up your volume as this was mixed -16.2 LUFS with  a -4.1db  Peak
I've also wanted to use a snare sample just to help it a bit, but found out that this works well without, and feels way more natural

Hi! just listened to your R02 - Solid mix!
To my taste the vocal is a bit too upfront /separated - it can be embraced more by the instrumentals.

Yeah, I felt that too. I feel there's always a fine line when mixing vocals, and getting them sit right in the mix.
