Hi!
I think this could be quite a nice mix, but you have really over compressed/limited it. Dynamics are more important than loudness. There is no need to make the track -8 LU. You could easily use 4db less limiting and get something way more musical.

A bit more presence on the vocals would be nice and the kick drum is quite hard to hear. The snare drum sounds a bit too much like the under snare mic for my taste.

It would be nice with more sense of depth. Everything feels like it's up close and would be nice if you made some sounds more ambient.

main voice is ok, hammond is too loud, it should be a carpet... snare is really bad... too much bottom with distorsion... and too much fake subs...
for my opinion you should change monitors... try to listen master on car and others devices too...
