Here is my mix of the song.
-Drums were pretty straightforward, except for the percussion and overdrive parts. I added some post FX to add that little boost to the mix.
-Most of the mix was very simple. Not a whole lot of reverb, delay or such was used. It's mostly EQ and compression mixed in with a bit of a limiter to sweeten it.
-Electrics were re-amped using STL Tones. I didn't want to turn this song into a rock or metal song, but more of an indie rock song.
-The vocals are a little buried in the mix on the ending. That is by design. I wanted it to sound big with a nice release at the end.
-Mastering was only EQ using Ozone 6 and a limiter. It sounded good when I bounced the track before mastering, but the mastering just took it up a notch.
