Negative feedback welcome.
I mixed with low quality headphones and computer speakers. I would like to know if my overall sound dynamics are even close.
I did not use samples or the DI guitars. I did use GTR on the Bass and distorted guitar tracts to get a bit more out of them.
The toms are not in this mix as I am more interested in feedback of the overall feel. Does it sound anything close to professional.
I was not happy with the snare in the end. There was soo much cymbal bleed. So I used drum replacer and for the snare sample I used the cleanest snare hit I could find from the track.
I was going for a analog sounding "in your face" power mix.
