Do you use Wave plugins with "analog" simulation ? If yes, turn all of it off to get rid of the horrible Background noise. And your Toms sound really boomy. If you boost the higher freq (2 kHz +) you can get more attack out of your Toms and you don't need to boost the main freq so much.
