Mix and master of What I want by The Brew band
#1
That's my version of the song, mixed and mastered using around half tracks of the available mix pack.

Overall nice mix. The snare is a bit hollow for me maybe a little too much bottom head. Vocal tone and level is good but effects are a little too heavy. This tends to make the entire song sound a little too distant. nothing up front. Not much width but still feels full. great bass drum. the reverb present on the stems makes it difficult to bring parts forward in the mix. Overall great job.

Thank u so much Janis.
I like to mix and master rock/metal songs where fx are almost out...
So when i make pratice with "softer" genres i like to push some fx...
i will try to listen my master again cutting the voice fx...
Have a nice day!

You have a psychoacoustic error. Sub Low frequencies overacting the compressor. You are taking up a lot of space with non-audible frequencies.
