Thank you for listening and give me your oppinion.

I think that is not the hihat track the issue but the bleed into the lead vocal track. Maybe ducking the hat when the lead is open could help (i did that with the overheads and that fixed some of the problem)

Yes, there is almost no automation.
I try to keep it as listening to a live performance.
