It took me 2 long days to mix this song
and i am very happy with the result. I give it a bit of modern sound , bat i believe suits nice on the song. P.S. Hope you like it dude

I just wonder if you left out the ride cymbal on purpose ? I kinda miss it when it play under solo for instance. But very nice the modern sound youve choosen.

I like it a lot too! Sounds very good.
Only thing that came to my mind is that the drummer can't handle the prominent role that you've given to him. For example if you listen the band around 1:05-, it feels like as if there's bumps on the road. The groove of the band doesn't feel so good there, as the drummer is playing too difficult things and he is not listening the other players. Voelund, you should borrow your drummer some Beatles records.

I am glad you like it. The ride is there , bat i chose the one that is not playing that much from the 2, maybe 1 db more would be nice! I totally agree with you Olli, bat i took that road, and the consequences..  P.S. I think that was the most crowd song i mixed.

I'd pull that snare down about 3 dB and pull the vocals up about 2 dB. Other than that, gotta love it! Nice balance on the guitar, too; seems to be a tendency in a few mixes here to push it a wee bit too high.
