Szymon Skiba - Lets Dance
#1
Not suitable for anything other than this forum as dB levels are off the scale.
But wanted to push it as loud as possible because the mix deserved it..

Added a few bells and whistles to my own taste..

That sounds pretty sick, man! I like what you did with that mix. I like it loud! My mix is pretty loud as well. I'm mostly a live sound engineer, so loud is kinda my thing! lol

I just cleaned and tightened it up a bit mroe today after listening on the system in the living room that has a sub. A lot of mud going on with the toms and bass. I tweaked the EQs a bit more on guitars and bass. Bass wasn't having enough mid-range punch so I dialed some of that in as well and rolled the deep end stuff off. Kick is cleaner on the bottom end, not fighting with the bass so much now.

That is a really tight clean mix .. can hear everything crystal clear and powerful too.. Smile
really impressed... Smile

Its interesting the different approaches to the mixes and what others do with the raw files.
Yours is ultra modern tight and dry and I went for the clearmountain wall of sound dripping in reverb..

Have you done any more mixes? Would love to hear them?
