I like the way you made the drums sound more natural compared to the reference mix (less compressed / transient shaped), keep it this way !

Although it sounds very muffled. Mediums are probably ok, Highs are not agressive so I would suggest trying to clean up low mids before boosting highs.

Whatever monitoring system you're working on, keep comparing your mix to pro mixes, you should be able to replicate at least the overall tone balance between lows and highs.
