Overall balance is fine.

Two things I would suggest looking at first:
- vocals are too quite and do not sound very consistent loudness-wise. Needs a vocal rider/ automation, maybe more compression.
- snare is too loose in my opinion, I would saturate/ compress more, maybe equing down its lower part.
