Adam Buckley - Drag Me Down [Mix and Master]
#1
This was a great song to mix! Had lots of fun and it didn't take too long, everything sounded pretty good "out of the box" without lots of processing.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated! Thanks for listening.

needs more work on the balancing.

Kick is really loud in comparison. Some guitars sound burried in the back.

Hi Shul! Thanks for the reply. I took it into consideration and posted an updated version.

I think you are using the DI rhythm guitars.. I would very much like to hear the distortion ones that came with the files. the DI's are usually for you to run them through an amp emulator.

DEFINITELY BETTER THAN THE FIRST ONE THOUGH!.. You should listen to some reference songs in youtube so you get a better grasp of how a song of that genre should sound.

keep it up

Agree, the first was kick heavy, but hey I like a good kick myself Smile (Some people want to kick me!)
The second version is heading in the right direction, keep at it.
