Good job. Here's some points I noticed.
The second guitar solo could be more up front.
To me voc reverb sounds really small.
Instruments could be a bit louder during choruses.
And for that latin feel perc could be up a bit.

cheers, i'll look into touching up some points when i get in form work tonight.

i had a dry(ish) vocal because it gives it a sense of intimacy. it's closer and more personal i feel.

OK. It just with that reverb it sound like a really small empty room when other instruments sounds more "open".
You could also try boos a bit more presence 3-5 khz to bring that voc a little closer and more intimate if you're after that sound.

Nice job overall, good balance and eq with the instruments. I would bring up the electric during the solo, though. The only other thing offhand that I noticed and this could be somewhat of a personal preference, but the reverb on the snare sticks out to me. Is it gated? I think its because all the other instruments occupy a lush sounding space, and the tail on the snare is very short, like they were recorded in different rooms.

yeah i've brought up the guitar during the solo in my mix update. i'm yet to upload it. it's not gated, it may be the para compression you're hearing? it has got reverb but i personally like snappy snares.

Cool

Hi!

My observations!

Overall, i liked it!

Snare too dominant ( not too loud - read transients )! Big Grin

Problems with vocals - use deesser/s!

Use HPF and LPF( LPF very important to me) on every track! Search how far you can go with this! Big Grin
