Moosmusic: 'Big Dummy Shake'
#1
Nice song but it has given me some problems.

Some automation on the lead voice to improve it and also the electric guitars that I never know if they have the right level in the mix. Dodgy

What do you think?

Great sounding mix love it Big Grin !
One really little thing to be really critical ,is the cymbals and vocal sound a little bright 8 k up especially about 12 k maybe de-essing on the vocal.

Hey Don you really surprised me this time!

I recently read a tutorial about how to improve vocals in a mix and they were talking about adding some excitement around 8k. I did so but I didn't know if I had added too much or not! and there you go and spot it right at once!!

So now I have the answer that I have to keep it down a little bit Big Grin

I've also changed the cymbals' eq.

So thank you for your great help! Smile
