Sounds great ,I like the punchy kick Big Grin !
A touch more bottom end on the bass and kick would sound even better !

Thanks Don!
Just done some different parallel compression on the kicks and a cut at 90 Hz and even a bit more on the other kick and also some hi cut too.
Yes probably you right on bass, still don't have bass traps on my home studio so I got always some problem on bass, next month gonna build it and hope to get out of this problem Smile

I add some bass as suggested and make a little bright the piano...

I understand the effect youre trying to get with the reverb (I guess it's reverb. Wink ) on the pianotrack but it's to much for my taste.
The piano seems to always 'hang' around in the mix.
I like the kick. (I'm listening on my headphones.)
The vocals have got punch the way I like it.
And the claps also stand out which gives a nice beat.
(Don't take everything I say to seriously though, I'm not a mixing genious. Smile )

Hi Kjell!!!
I did not put any reverb on piano if I remember right... just some EQ and Harmonic exciter and compression... anyway thanks for your opinions Wink

Ow, no reverb.
I thought so because the piano is really 'around' the place and I hear room sound.
Then it's maybe because of the compression that brings out the room sound?
Sorry, I'm not trying to be smart, I'm just trying to learn a bit as well. Wink

Yes it is the compression also, I check my chain and it was:
-Logic EQ for filtering
-Maserati HMX for enhance harmonic (that's play also a big part of the reverb that you ear)
-API 550b for give back some hight end
-CLA-76 for compression and there I used a heavy ratio (20:1) and that play a big part for bring out that room sound
Hope it can help you, I'm always happy to give information and share knowledge Wink
