Ouch!!.... this has really been pushed for perceived loudness and the dynamics have been crushed.
Try easing-off on the master buss processing and use your monitors for the next mix. Headphones can be a bit deceiving and it doesn't take us too long to lose perspective the longer we 'wear' them.

Well, thank you for listening!, I am not Hearing that loudness artifacts... not sure if that's really the fault of my headphones.

It does sound slightly crushed, and the snare seems a little instable. Probably phase issues - did you align the drum seps?

I think I like the first mix better. Both are not bad though IMO. The vocal could be a little more present for this style, and I'd prefer more clarity in the mix in general.
