My first mix...Much too much.

Hey all,

this is the first mix I've uploaded to these boards. Before anything else I just would like to say how great it is to have this resource and a big thanks to Mike Senior and/or anyone else involved in keeping this going.

Constructive critiques are always welcome, I'm doing this to try and get better. I haven't checked this on any other systems yet (that would normally be part of my process) I just wanted to get it posted so I didn't put it off and forget about it. A revision may follow down the road.

I found the vocal kind of tough on this one. I'm still not sure I'm happy with it. I felt like most of the rest fell into place quite nicely. But maybe I'm totally out of it... Let me know what you think. Thanks.

You have put together a nice full wide mix here !

Sounds a little bright in the top end around 5k and up and a bit compressed ,maybe also work on getting a little more punch and dynamic range !
This is my personal taste only and a great job for a difficult track to mix !
