Mixed completely in ardour using ladspa and lv2 plugins. mastered using Jammin.

The mix is missing quite a lot of low end.
Kick and bass and toms could use more low end.
Snare and gtr could also use more low mids.
Practice your analytic listening skills.
Listen others mixes and give feedback.
Become a better mixer.

I would disagree with Moonwist.
On the other hand i found the mix with loads of hi end!If you pull down some hi end the low end and mids going to pop out!
Nice balance you got there, i would eq the fx though, they are a bit muddy and confuses the mix.

I agree with gopener. I think the hi end is the main issue at hand here though I do think the low end needs a little work. Also the kick seems to be getting lost in the mix.

You have a good mix going here, maybe bring down the acoustic a touch.
With the low and high frequencies it Could be a monitoring issue also which makes it very difficult,whatever monitors you are using referencing and comparing your mix frequencies with other music may help the tone balance Big Grin !
Also try converting higher bit rate mp3

Well I listened the song again and this time I downloaded the file to see it in analyzer and I still think there isn't low end in the mix.
It looks and sounds like there is a HPF set to somewhere between 90 and 100 Hz.
Practice your analytic listening skills.
Listen others mixes and give feedback.
