Good concept.
I like the soft, dry and powerful drum sound. You took away the hi-hats altogether, but it doesn't matter. Now acoustic guitar has bigger role.
Nice stereo effect with acoustic guitar.
A agree with the bass: it's little bit suffocated. When bass starts around 1.50 it doesn't ignite the final phase of the song. I think the guitar should be answering to the bass riff, so they should have about same energy level at that point.
Some of the rhodes fills could be more audible.
