Sounds cool. A couple of things jump out at me.
-The vocal is loud but I think I hear what you're trying to do with it. It could work. I think the band could have a fuller sound to balance out the louder vocal. More low end and reverb or delay to fill in the spaces between the sparse arrangement of instruments.
-The organ is pretty loud
-The background vocals feel unclear. Panning them might help. Or if you want to keep them in the middle then just use a couple. using just one of the female background vocals could be interesting.
I think you're onto something with this mix. The balances can be tweaked a little and it could have more atmosphere but the song could work as a track on Dylan's "Time Out of Mind".

It doesn't have to sound good. People just need to think it sounds good.
