Hey Don, good work. I would personally cut a bit of the 3khz region on the master buss (or maybe even a bit of multi-band comp to even it out). Guitar balancing is a bit heavy on the right hand side. Nice work on the drums without a sample also. I'm just uploading my mix now. Cheers, Mick

Very nice mix as usual, Don.
Everything is clear and punchy and I'd be really nit-picking to 'find' a serious fault. The balance is fine to me even on these little PC speakers. I bet the DAW playback is awesome. I've been a bit absent while designing and building my summing mixer, but should be back to more regular mixing here in 2017. This particular song is the one I started mixing this morning; hopefully it'll be uploaded in a day or too. Happy new year to you - and all at CMT.

Yes, that's a great job!
I agree with almost every things that have been written.

I justed wanted to comment as a drummer: the main snare drum is awesome!
But (there's always a "but"), on the intro, the toms make the snares vibrate. They blur the attack of toms. Maybe a gate would fix this. And they also leak in the overheads. So if you've compressed them... Wink

And at the begining, the small tom is not hit the right way. It needs to be replaced.

Hey guys !

As you noticed, I only play the second snare during the first verse. So you can totally mute the main snare and all the vibrations will disappear for good Smile
