Something I don't like about the bass and kick ,just sounds strange but must just be me as everyone else likes it.

I have just downloaded and listen to v5.5, I somehow missed this mix.

Super cool mix. I just love the drum sound. Punchy and smooth with a lovely air and softness with the overheads. You always seem to push your drums harder in a mix that what I would and I think when you've got a sound like this it works really well.

It so reminds me of "The Little River Band" and songs like "Cool Change" and in particular "Down On The Border" where the drums are pushed in this fashion (the snare is almost explosive). It's such a great sound and becoming a trademark sound of your own.
