I'd Rather Be Mixing
#1
I mixed this in a hour and half.
The reason I mentioned this is because in the real world mixing environment, there may not be an unlimited time limit while mixing.

I like to keep my skills sharp and ready as best as I am capable.

I organised my session in the order that I like to mix, Drums, Bass, Guitars, Keys and then Vocals. Bottom to top.

Second, I instantiated my tracks with a console emulator, (Softube SSL 4K and British Class A).

Third, I set up my Aux Sends.

I then started mixing and set the clock.

On the Master Buss I used:

Satin Tape EMU

SSL 4 K

Izotope Final Mix Limiter

Izotope Dither

AUX SENDS:

Eastwest QL Convolution reverb

Pitich II (Chorus)

Satin (Slap DLY)

EWQL (Plate Verb)

Satin (Rhythmic DLY)

Parallel Compression:

Drums ( Slate, FG Grey)

Vocal (Softube FET)

Feedback Welcome.

Cheers.
