Mix Bus A/B_ Schoolboy Fascination
I mixed this song a while back before I used mix bus and tape machine emulation plugins. I added the plugins to the same mix and matched the levels to do a blind A/B test. The mixes don't have any mastering plugins. The virtual tape machine and virtual mix bus added a subtle difference which seemed pleasing to my ear. It may be less noticeable between mp3 files, but after quite a few listens I like what the emulation plugins are doing. What plugins do you like on your mix bus?

Hi Up,
Great job you did, very pleasant mix, I think you also fixed the over sparkling in the upper high end in your latest mix if I'm right?
An original mix where I immediately feel comfortable, pro at least, great great great job you did dude.

Thanks for the listen Mammy? This a an older mix. It is a dry mix and maybe a little bright, but mono? Curious what you're listening on. There's quite a bit of stereo information in there. I'll give yours a listen for your point of reference.
