Bright mix?

i put a lot of modulations on this song,
on piano intro vocal and...
i didn't do any process on snare,clap and kick drum because they were good
i cut off the low sub frequencies on bass kick and low instruments
and there you go
by the way it's my first time mixing Hip-Hop

Hey !
So I feel a lack of consistency:
First, for the genre, it needs more low end content, them bass drum and bass line need to drive the lows and turn your stomach upside down, you know what I mean (not saying that I achieved it myself btw).
Second, you need to be carefull when going from one section to next vocal wise. The mc's are more up front and in your face than the singer which doesn't feel right. You need to make sure you never loose that "vocal presence and consistency" throughout the whole song !
