I really like the performance. I add a little bit live atmosphere.

To my ears you only need to work on your reverbs and definition of depth. Overall I think it´s a bit washed, too much or too long reverbtail. Have you seen this? https://youtu.be/4lNckK8N3to See if you like it on your mix.
I like the mix, just a bit too much reverb.

The situation that I like the space to be heard. Of course I know and I apply the frequency filtration. The rest of the mix appears too dry to me, but this now the fashion.
May be of course, how I do not have a good styleSmile

That best one, if the real space is beautiful, and it is recordedSmile

Absolutely, if you like it, if it´s your vision, keep it, it´s your mix. Sure natural verb is king but to me, church verb is only for monksSmile

Goal with the recording was actually to have it as dry as possible. Adding virtual room of choice. I have some ideas on how to improve my room, wich very much is needed.

"church verb is only for monksSmile" lol, you rightSmile but the big headroom and space not only for them good Big Grin
The totally dry recording room isn't good, but a good room is much money and serious planning..
Try to do sometimes rec. in schools, cultural centres, clubs, theaters..

Anyway the "vintage" reverbs only like that, than the vintage eqs - their majority colouring the voices. Next that this coloration suits this style, or not, it other question.

I say thank you for the good uptake, working with him was a delight.
