Amber Skye - Howlin Lucky's mix and master
#1
Hi Music Lovers,

Here is my mix and master.

One of the challenges was counting the amount of tracks Big GrinBig Grin

I really wasn't sure how to encounter this song, so I did what I thought was right.

Really appreciate your comments.

Cheers,
Luc

Too much Reverb overall. Sounds too space like... especially on the synth and voice. Did you send the verb on separate busses? or did you use them on the instrument channel strip... i feel like you used the verbs on the same channels the instruments were in. also this needs more punchy low end.

Fix the reverb problem and i'm sure you will have a more solid mix. Right now it feels like everything is floating in space. Also don't leave the beat burried too much, is what drives the song.

Hi Shul,

Thank you for "allerting me", didn't realize that instead of the master track I apparently had uploaded an earlier rubish crap track. Angry
Sorry for that.

Replaced it with the right master track

Luc
