The 'Mix Rescue' mix

Here's the mix I did of this track for Sound On Sound magazine's April 2010 'Mix Rescue' column, using only Cockos Reaper and a variety of third-party plug-ins. Phase was a big issue with this multitrack, and the printed-in guitar effects also tied my hands a bit, but it didn't work out too badly in the end.

The mix sure needs some air. The kick and bass are a bit fluffy for my liking. There is not enough space for the vocals either. At the end the drums are totally lost in the guitars.
