Here is version 1
Version 2 eqed harshness on guitars around 5k
Intro guitars down a db
Rhythm up a couple of db
Some more De-essing on vocals
Hi Hat down 2 db
Version 3 Added more compression to the printed drum track to tame the snare bounce ,added a snare sample !
Any other thoughts besides start again lol
Version 4 is version 3 eqed through Auratones
Sounding really good, it could be coming straight off a vinyl from the 80's. If I have to pick at anything, it would be the lead guitar intro is sounding a little loud or harsh through my monitors, maybe 1-2 dB volume drop or a eq adjustment, not sure? Other wise the mix sounds great in stereo and mono and I enjoyed listening. I might have to give this one a go myself. Cheers.

Your monitors are correct ,the guitars are harsh around 5k listening again with fresh ears !
Thanks
V2 guitars are sounding much better. The only thing I'm hearing now is maybe the snare with the "bounce" is a little prominent or dry sounding. I'm not familiar with the multi tracks so I'm not sure what your got to work with, possibly some gated verb, if your not already using some. Anyhow I'm just being really picky. Sometimes you just start to focus on things like that when you are trying to be critical. Well done.

Version 3, Well done!!! To my ears you've got a great sounding mix. I think the big drum sound now really suits the song. (straight out of Townhouse Studios) I'm not sure of your own thoughts, but I just want to turn it up and enjoy. Well done... again. lol
