I agree with DrumJunkie...nice mix.
A few things that stood out to me for your consideration: I felt her voice was slightly boxy, like when you cup your hands together and bring them up too your mouth and talk. I would also suggest a little de-essing on her voice to catch those a bit more. Lastly, at least in my headphones, the acoustics (I believe) have a bit too much upper lows or lower mids...making a bit of a muddy drone through out the song. Very subtle changes here...nice job!
