You've got a lot of power behind your mix (which is always a good thing
) however, it does sound like you've got a compressor on your stereo buss that's being ruled by your snare and vocals (your mix tends to shrink either whenever the snare hits (if there's no vocals) or your vocals (both background and lead). try turning both down until the compressor stops pumping and you should be good
