Tonally it works. It does feel a little "processed". It feels like some of the life has been taken out of it. But I might just be too used to other versions. This song is just a bit too laid back and needs some help in the energy department. I think the cymbals could come up a bit too but I get that they might be back because of the leakage and all that. The horn blend could use some automation. It works at he top but I'm missing the trumpet (?) in the chorus. Or maybe he just drops out and I forgot. If the trumpet doesn't play in the first chorus then definitely don't bring it up. I do think the vocal over all could come up to the front of the stage. She should be a bit more "commanding". It's hard to describe.

Overall it sounds pretty good. I just think this song needs some help in terms of excitement and energy. Technically it's a good mix. It just needs a bit more emotion.
