The tambourine is definitely a bit too loud. One thing I've learned on this tune is that it can go much lower than you'd think and still be heard.
My biggest issue is the sound of the guitars. There's a lot of low end and phase issues. It's related to the guitar mics. Check that all the mics are in phase and make use you want/need to use all the mic tracks provided. You could easily get away with using one guitar mic and it'll sound fine and clear up the low end and give you a solid guitar image.
