Welcome. Let me start by saying you have a great sounding mix already as it is. most people get this song wrong but I think you have captured the essence well.
Here are my thoughts.

Overall there is a lil bit of excess of hights.. I'm talking from 10khz up on those FX tracks which is causing me to hate the brightness in the overall mix.
The space of the mix is well captured here. You did great with the reverb.
The bass on this song needs to come up because this is what brings the punch of the song. Without it the song feels weak and I believe this is still a thing to look at in the chorus. Never the less this could be just a mastering tweak

Indeed, I still have a little difficulty judging how far to go with the high frequencies and it is the same with the bass.

It is true that in the chorus, the bass has to give more punch to enhance the intensity of the piece.
